| Pale straw with a light green hue, the 2010 Sauvignon Blanc has zesty notes of freshly cut grass and kiwifruit. Lively and varietal flavours of gooseberry and stinging nettles tantalise the palate with hints of tropical fruit punch and passionfruit. An abundance of flavours, complemented with refreshing natural and mineral acidity. Oxford Landing FactWe cool ferment so as not to lose these flavours that have been captured in the vineyard. Cool fermentation takes place in steel tanks, where the wine is kept in controlled, cool temperatures and undergoes a slow, even fermentation. This ensures a certain freshness to the wine and enhances delicate flavours. |
